Shipping policy
*All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the receipt of payment verification.
*We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather.
*Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped during sales. Example: Semi-Annual Sale, Black Friday, & Holiday sales.
*All Domestic and international orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. For domestic orders, we charge a flat rate of $10 USD and $40 USD for all international orders.
*You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.
*Please exclude processing time when calculating your packages date of arrival. Delivery time starts 24 hours after your tracking information is received.
*We are only able to ship to the address you indicate, please ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
*International packages may require additional processing time.
*We are not responsible for additional shipping and/or customs charges incurred by the customer when importing goods.
*If a package is returned to us due to unpaid charges, we will not issue a refund and reshipment charges will apply.
*If the wrong address is entered at checkout and the package is returned back to us there will be a reshipment fee of $7 USD due prior to reshipment.
*Once the item is shipped we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. In this case, please contact USPS to make any address changes.
*If your tracking information states delivered and you believe this to be an error. Please contact your local post office.
REROUTED PACKAGES
*We do not manually input shipping addresses. Shipping addresses are exported from one database to another, please ensure the shipping address is correct upon receiving an order confirmation email.
*If your tracking information states “notice left” please contact USPS to reschedule delivery before 14 days. Otherwise, your item will be returned to us.
*If an address error is made please email Feminist Imprinted within 5 hours of the confirmation email. Once orders are processed for shipment no changes can be made.
*You will be contacted via email when your rerouted package is delivered and processed into our warehouse.
We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be dispatched the following business day. Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment. We will continue to ensure your order gets to you ASAP, however, we do appreciate your patience!
Items purchased on pre-order may take between 1-4 weeks to be delivered. Having a pre-order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery for your ENTIRE order. Email us at feministImprinted@gmail.com if you would like to arrange an alternative. Please note: delivery dates included in the description of items are approximate and subject to change.

3. Wait for USPS investigation results. Depending on results items may reship.
FEMINISTIMPRINTED IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED.
