Refund policy

If you change your mind on your item(s) for any reason (it didn’t fit, change of plans or it just didn’t match something you bought it for), simply send it back to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number. Once we get your returned goods, a store credit code will be issued. Please note your internal credit code expires 60 days from the date of issuance. We do not email you confirming the store credit issuance when you are ready to use please email us with the items and we will process it accordingly.

Returns must be in original condition (this means unworn, unwashed & free from tanning or make-up stains with original tags & packaging). We have the right to not accept any return goods if it doesn’t meet our expectations. 

Shipping fees will not be credited unless you are returning something due to a mistake by us.

Did you receive the incorrect item? 

If you received an incorrect or damaged item please contact us immediately to get a replacement sent out to you. We will send you a shipping label to have the faulty or incorrect item shipped back. Please note that you must contact us within 3 days after receipt to inform us that you received an incorrect or faulty item and return the incorrect or damaged item within 7 days.
